HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 clove garlic, chopped fine
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 med. onion, chopped fine
1 med. size pkg. lasagna noodles

Brown the meat and garlic. Drain off fat. Add tomato sauce, sugar and salt. Simmer 30 minutes. Mix the cream cheese, sour cream and onion with a fork. Cook the noodles and drain.

In casserole dish, layer half the noodles, half the beef, and half the cream-cheese mixture. Repeat the layers. Grate sharp Cheddar cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until bubbly.
