SALISBURY STEAK 
1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
1/4 c. finely chopped onions
1 egg, beaten
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. flour
2 c. water
1/3 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
1 can mushrooms & juice

Mix well. Form into large, thick patties. Brown in butter or shortening. When nicely browned, blend 2 tablespoons flour into the drippings. Add water, soup mix, Kitchen Bouquet, mushrooms and juice. Simmer patties in the sauce about 20 minutes, covered.
