TEXAS HAMBURGERS 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/3 c. chili sauce
1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
2 tsp. chili powder
1/8 tsp. Tabasco
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. minced onions
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 c. ice water

Mix all ingredients together with the hands. Shape into 6 patties. Arrange on an oiled broiling pan. Broil 4 minutes on each side or to desired degree of rareness.
