YOGURT COFFEE CAKE | |
1/2 c. butter 2 c. sugar 2 eggs 2 1/2 c. flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1/8 tsp. salt 1 c. plain yogurt 1 c. chopped nuts TOPPING: 3/4 c. brown sugar 1 c. flour 1 tsp. cinnamon 2 tbsp. butter Cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs. Sift dry ingredients and add alternately with yogurt. Stir in nuts or save for topping. Pour batter into a greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Mix 3/4 cup brown sugar, 1 cup flour, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 2 tablespoons butter. Put on top of batter (crumble). Bake at 325 degrees for approximately 45 minutes. |
