CHOCOLATE YOGURT CAKE 
Butter and flour a 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees 15 to 20 minutes.

Combine in mixing bowl: 2 c. sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking powder

Mix. Melt together and heat to a boiling point: 1 cup butter 1/2 cup yogurt 1/4 cup cocoa

Pour over mixed dry ingredients, beat well. Add: 1 tsp. vanilla

Beat until well mixed. Pour in pan and do not over bake, check with a toothpick. Heat to a rapid boil: 1/3 c. yogurt 1/4 c. cocoa

Mix in: 1 tsp. vanilla

Beat the mixture to proper consistency, spread on cake, you can sprinkle with nuts.
