ITALIAN CHEESE STICKS 
6 tbsp. butter
1 c. cheese, shredded (sharp Cheddar)
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. salt
Few dashes cayenne (optional)
2 tbsp. water

Mix, roll into 1/4 inch thickness, cut into rectangles or with cookie cutters and bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 400 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Or double and mash into lightly greased 9x13 inch pan and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Cut while warm.
