1 pkg. Pillsbury all ready pie crusts
1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
Cayenne pepper
On lightly floured pastry board, lay one pie crust. Distribute cheese over it. Sprinkle (lightly) with cayenne pepper. Place second pie crust over it. Roll with rolling pin until it is thinner, fold and roll several times, until it is well mixed. Roll out until it is consistently thin. Slice in 1/2 inch strips. Lay on ungreased cookie sheet, in strips of five or six inches (or you could make bite size, 2 inches). Bake for about 8 minutes, at 450 degrees, observe, cook additional time, looking at 1 minute intervals. Let them get only slightly brown. If darker brown, the cheese has scorched. These will keep well in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
