HONEY PINEAPPLE SPARERIBS 
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks in heavy syrup
1/4 c. honey
K.C. Masterpiece Barbecue Sauce
2 1/2 lbs. fresh pork spareribs

1. Arrange rack of ribs in rectangular 12"x8" dish. Pour pineapple and honey over spareribs. Cover tightly with plastic wrap.

2. Microwave at High (100%) 5 minutes. Reduce power to Medium (50%). Microwave 20 minutes. Re-arrange and turn ribs over. Cover. Microwave at Medium (50%) 10 minutes. Remove ribs. Let stand for 10 minutes. Coat ribs with barbecue sauce and grill over open flame until meat next to bone is not pink. Makes 2 to 4 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
