1 chocolate cake mix and ingredients for it except water
1 sm. pkg. chocolate pudding, cooked
1 pkg. chocolate chips
Chopped nuts

Make cake mix according to directions except add cooked chocolate pudding instead of water. Pour into a 9x13 inch and 8x8 inch pan (only one pan makes it too thick) greased. Top with chocolate chips and nuts. Bake according to cake directions, at 350 degrees. Freezes well.
