CROCK POT MACARONI 'N CHEESE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. macaroni, cooked and drained
2 tbsp. oil
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
3 c. shredded sharp processed cheese
1/4 c. melted butter
2 tbsp. minced onion, optional

Toss cooked macaroni in 2 tablespoons oil. Add all remaining ingredients. Pour into lightly greased crockpot. Stir well. Cover and cook on low 3 to 4 hours. Stir occasionally.
