2 eggs
1 box chocolate or devils food cake mix
17 1/2 oz. chocolate or chocolate fudge pudding
1/4 c. water

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and beat 3 to 4 minutes until smooth and fluffy. Bake in a greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes or until cake pulls away from edges. Cool; frost with favorite icing. If two 9 inch round pans are used, bake 25-30 minutes.
