1/2 lb. hamburger or vega burger 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 2 tsp. Italian seasoning 1 1/2 tsp. salt 2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste 1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes 8 oz. lasagna noodles 2 eggs 3 c. creamed style cottage cheese 1/2 c. Longhorn cheese, grated 1 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated Mix cottage cheese, longhorn cheese, eggs, parsley, salt and pepper. Layer noodles, cheese mixture, tomato sauce and Mozzarella cheese. Bake 375 degrees about 30 minutes (or assemble early and refrigerate bake 45 minutes). Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Serves 8 to 10. |
