CHEESE STUFFED MEAT LOAF 
1 1/2 lbs. ground meat
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1 egg
3/4 c. bread crumbs
2 cans tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
4 to 5 slices cheese, cut in half

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix beef, onion, egg, bread crumbs, and 1 can tomato sauce. Divide mixture in half. Put 1/2 in loaf pan. Place cheese down center and cover with rest of mixture, pressing edges of meat together. Top with 2nd can of tomato sauce. Bake one hour at 350 degrees.
