LAYERED MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1/12 lb. ground beef, cook and season like taco meat as desired, garlic,
cumin, chili powder, salt, pepper, onions

Spread cooked meat in bottom of 9 x 13 dish.

Add 1 layer corn tortillas. Spread layer 1 can ranch style beans. Add 1 layer corn tortillas. Spread layer, 1 can cream of mushroom soup. Spread layer, 1 can rotel tomatoes, chopped. Cover with layer of grated Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
