Spread Ritz crackers with peanut butter. Top with a second cracker. Melt almond bark (chocolate is best) in double boiler. Dip each cracker sandwich in bark and let cool and set on a piece of waxed paper. When cool, store at room temperature. Use hot dog tongs to dip crackers.
