SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
1/3 c milk
1/3 c liquid from salmon
3 slices of bread, broken
4 T mayonnaise
1 egg
1 can salmon
1 can crabmeat
1 lb. shrimp
2 t seafood seasoning
1/2 c chopped celery
2 T chopped onion
1 T lemon juice
1/2 t salt
1/8 t pepper
1 t parsley

Put milk, liquid, mayonnaise, egg and bread in a bowl and beat with egg beater until blended well. Add all the other ingredients but don't break up the seafood too much.

Pour into a buttered casserole dish, top with shrimp and cover with foil for about 1/2 the baking time. Then uncover and bake until done.

Bake in 375°F oven about 45 minutes.
