SEAFOOD CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. scallops (or 1/2 lb. scallop, 1/2 lb. crabmeat, 1/2 lb. shrimp)
1 c. Pepperidge Farm herb bread crumbs stuffing mix
1/4 lb. butter
2/3 c. Half & Half

Melt butter and mix in stuffing and seafood. Put into 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Pour Half & Half over all. Layer crumbs over top and bake at 425 degrees for 1/2 hour. Serves 4-6.
