TACO SALAD 
Fritos
1 lb. ground beef
1 med. onion, diced
1/2 c. grated cheese
1 can chili beans, drained
1/2 head lettuce
1 tomato, diced
Salt and pepper to taste
1 c. Kraft Catalina dressing

Brown meat, drain thoroughly, let cool. Mix with onion, cheese, beans, tomatoes, and dressing. Just before serving, add lettuce and crushed Fritos.
