SALAMI AND PROVOLONE SALAD 
4 oz. imported Provolone chunks
1/2 lb. Swiss cheese chunks
3/4 c. fresh basil
2 tbsp. shallots
6 oz. sliced sicilian salami
4 tomatoes, chunks
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 c. olive oil

Mix oil, vinegar, shallots. Pour over other ingredients and stir.
