TAFFY APPLE SALAD | |
1 c. crushed roasted peanuts 4 sm. Delicious apples 1/2 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple 1/2 c. sugar 1 tbsp. flour 1 egg, slightly beaten 1 tbsp. cider vinegar 8 oz. container Cool Whip Wash and core apples; cut into medium size chunks. Drain pineapple; pour juice over apples. Mix together egg, flour, sugar, and vinegar. Slowly fold Cool Whip into egg mixture. Mix well. Drain juice off apples. Add apples, peanuts, and pineapple to Cool Whip mixture. Chill. |
