MINIATURE BROWNIE CHEESECAKES 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. oil
1 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. vinegar
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 egg
1/2 c. sugar
6 oz. pkg. semi-sweet morsels

Mix first 9 ingredients until smooth and set aside. In separate bowl, mix the cream cheese, egg, and 1/2 cup sugar; beat until creamy, then stir in the package of morsels. Using miniature cupcake tins and paper liners, fill half full with chocolate mixture (about 1 teaspoon). Add same amount of cheese filling on top in center of chocolate. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Makes 5-6 dozen.
