ZUCCHINI "FRENCH FRIES" 
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 beef bouillon cubes, dissolved
1 zucchini, cut like shoestring potatoes
butter

Saute the chopped onion in a small amount of butter. When translucent, add the cubes dissolved in 1/3 cup hot water. Add zucchini and cook over high heat until liquid evaporates (not long). Serve with soy sauce.
