1 1/2 lbs. red potatoes per person, not peeled 1 yellow onion Butter Salt and pepper Wash potatoes, cut in quarters. Cut onion in quarters and separate. Melt the butter in casserole in oven. Put potatoes and onions in casserole. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Toss and put in more butter. Bake at 350 degrees covered for 45 minutes. Uncover. Bake until crispy and brown, about 15 minutes. |
