YAKI-TORI CHICKEN MARINADE 
3 to 3 1/2 lb. cut up chicken
1/2 c. soy sauce
5 tbsp. salad oil
4 tbsp. brown sugar
2 to 3 cloves garlic
1/2 c. onion, grated
2 tsp. fresh ginger root, grated
1/2 c. toasted sesame seeds (optional)
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper (optional)

Mix all ingredient and soak chicken overnight. Be sure all parts of chicken are covered by marinade. Chicken may be grilled or baked.
