VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. California frozen vegetables
1 lb. Velveeta, cubed
2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
3/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. poppy seeds

Cook and drain vegetables. Place in 9 x 13 pan. Layer Velveeta and crackers. Melt butter; stir in poppy seeds. Drizzle over top.

Bake at 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
