HAWAIIAN BANANA BREAD 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 c. mashed bananas
1 (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs, beaten

Combine dry ingredients and stir in nuts. Combine wet ingredients and add to dry ingredients. Stir until moistened. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour and 5 minutes in 9x5x3 inch pan. Makes 2 loaves.
