1 slice of wholegrain bread
1 tsp of lite cream cheese
1 large egg
1/2 tsp milk
salt (optional)

Peel the egg. Put it in a food processer for 15 seconds. Add milk and cream cheese and process for another 10 seconds. Add salt to taste. Spread on the bread and enjoy!
