STRAWBERRY BREAD 
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. oil
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. fresh strawberries (or 1 [10 oz.] frozen pkg.)

TOPPING (optional):

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. strawberry juice

Whip together and put on bread after it is baked.

Put dry ingredients in large bowl. Make a hole in the center; add oil, eggs and berries. Mix until blended. Add chopped nuts. Put into 2 greased and floured bread pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 60 minutes.
