HAMBURGER GOULASH | |
1 lb. lean ground beef 1 tbsp. butter 1/4 c. diced green pepper 1/4 c. instant minced onion 2 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper 3 1/2 c. chopped canned tomatoes 1 c. uncooked macaroni 1/2 c. diced Cheddar cheese Brown meat in butter in a 2 1/2-quart saucepan. Add next 7 ingredients. Mix well and cook, covered, 20 minutes until macaroni is tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in cheese. This is easy-fast-and very good. |
