HOT CHOW CHOW 
1 lg. cabbage
10 green tomatoes
2 lg. onions
6 bell peppers (3 green 3 red)
6 hot peppers (green or red)

Chop above except hot pepper. Put in Tupperware bowl. Sprinkle salt to cover top. Set in refrigerator overnight, drain off excess water next morning. Add hot peppers, put in dish pan. Tie up 3 teaspoons pickling in cloth. Add 6 cups sugar and 6 cups vinegar. Cook on medium heat about 30 to 40 minutes. Place in hot sterilized jars and seal.
