BLUEBERRY PIE 
1 baked pie shell
1 c. sugar
1 c. water
4 c. blueberries
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. butter
Whipped cream

Mix sugar, cornstarch, water and salt. Add 1 cup of blueberries, cook until thick. Remove from heat, add remaining 3 cups of blueberries stir and then cool. When cool pour into a 9 inch baked pie shell. Top with whipped cream.
