CHICKEN AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1 whole chicken, cooked and deboned
2 cans cream of celery soup
2 cans creamy chicken mushroom soup
2 c. hot chicken broth
1 tsp. Lowry's seasoning salt
Pepper to taste
2 c. uncooked rice
1 onion (optional)

Mix all ingredients together and pour into a large casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees until top becomes crusty.
