HAWAIIAN NUT BREAD 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon

Combine and set aside.

3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. mashed banana
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix together, then add to dry ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 5 minutes for loaf; 35 to 40 minutes for 9"x9" pan; about 30 minutes for muffins.
