HAMBURGER NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Dash of salt
1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles, cooked and drained
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Few dashes red pepper flakes
1 tsp. sugar
6 green onions, chopped
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream

Brown hamburger meat and drain well. In saucepan, mix meat with garlic, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, sugar, and tomato sauce. Cook slowly for 30 minutes or until liquid is reduced and mixture is quite dry. In a bowl, mix green onions, cream cheese, and sour cream. Add the cooked noodles and mix together. In a greased casserole, place 1/2 noodle mixture and 1/2 the tomato meat mixture, then repeat - end with meat mixture on top. Cover casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes. Remove cover last 10 minutes of baking time and add cheese. Bake until melted.
