Snap E Tom cocktail juice

Wash scale and cut trout in 2 inch chunks pack in pints, add 1 teaspoon vinegar, 1/2 teaspoon salt. Fill jar with Snap E Tom tomato cocktail juice. Use knife to get juice down around fish. Seal and process 80 minutes at 10 pounds pressure.
