FRIED RICE WITH SHRIMP 
1 c. rice
1/2 lb. (250 g) shrimp
4 eggs
2 spring green onions
3 tbsp. sesame seed oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. soy sauce

First - cook rice in boiling salted water until tender. Second - shell and devein the shrimp. Cut into small pieces. Third - chop onions finely and saute in one tablespoon of oil. Fourth - Add the shrimp and cook over high heat for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Add salt, mix well. Fifth - beat eggs and pour over the shrimp. Scramble mixture, but do not allow eggs to cook completely. Remove mixture from fry pan.

Sixth - heat the remaining oil in fry pan and saute drained cooked rice. Stir for about 3 minutes or until rice is thoroughly cooked. Seventh - add eggs and shrimp mixture and mix well. Serves 4-6.
