OLD FASHION CHOCOLATE CAKE 
Cake:

2 c. self-rising flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 c. buttermilk
3 large eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Icing:

1 stick butter
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix flour and sugar in a bowl. Add buttermilk, oil, eggs and vanilla. Pour in sheet cake pan and bake at 350°F until brown and done.

While cake is cooling in pan, mix cocoa and sugar for icing. Melt butter in microwave and add sugar/cocoa mix along with milk and vanilla. Bring to a candy boil. Poke holes in cake randomly and pour icing over the cake.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
