SUGAR PLUMS 
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
2 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. white sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. orange juice
3 tbsp. lite corn syrup

Melt chocolate in large bowl in microwave. Stir in sugar and corn syrup. Add remaining ingredients. Roll into balls; dip each in sugar. Store in covered container several days to ripen. Makes 5 dozen.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
