2 qts. distilled water
3 tbsp. instant coffee
3 c. sugar
2 c. vodka
2 tbsp. vanilla

Bring first 3 ingredients to boil. Simmer 1 hour, then cool to room temperature. Add vodka and vanilla. Refrigerate.
