3-4 lb. beef roast
2 cans French onion soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 can water
3-4 med. potatoes
2-3 med. red onions
1 c. carrot strips

Roll roast in flour and brown both sides in fry pan (use cooking oil). Place in crock pot and cover with soups and water. Peel potatoes, onions and carrots. Add to crock pot. Cover and let cook all day.
