CORN CASSEROLE 
1 can corn (drained)
1 can cream corn (do not drain)
1 cup sour cream
1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
1 stick butter, softened
1 egg

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together. Pour into a well greased 9x13 inch pan.

Bake for about 45 minutes.

Serves 12.
