1 1/2 lb. fish fillets, any kind
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
3 tbsp. softened butter
3 tbsp. Miracle Whip
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. salt
Some paprika

Arrange fish fillets in 2 quart casserole with thickest parts to the outside. Brush fillets with lemon juice, let stand 10 minutes. Cover fish and cook on high in microwave oven for 5 minutes.

Combine all other ingredients except for paprika and spread this mixture over fish fillets. Sprinkle with paprika, cook uncovered for 5 minutes or a bit more.

NOTE: You can substitute 1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese for the Parmesan cheese.
