8 oz. vermicelli
8 oz. cottage cheese
8 oz. sour cream
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. chopped green onion
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 lb. ground beef
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. basil
3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce

Cook and drain vermicelli. Place one layer in casserole. Mix together cottage cheese, sour cream, cream cheese, onion and butter. Layer over pasta, brown beef and salt and pepper, basil and tomato sauce. Layer over cheeses. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Delicious.
