HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can milk (measure in soup can)
4-5 potatoes
1 c. grated cheese

Grease dish with butter. Mix soup and milk. Brown hamburger (chop and drain). Chop onion; cook in hamburger. Peel and slice potatoes thin. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Layer potatoes, hamburger, and soup until used up. Bake 50-60 minutes.
