HAMBURG PIE 
2 lg. potatoes, cooked
1/2 onion, diced
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 lb. hamburg
1/2 can tomato soup
1/2 (17 oz.) can peas
2 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. butter
Dash pepper
Paprika
1/4 tsp. salt

Fry diced onion in butter until lightly browned. Add hamburg and fry until brown. Drain off excess fat. Add tomato soup and peas to hamburg mixture. Simmer 5 to 10 minutes, stirring gently. Place in casserole. Mash potatoes with milk, salt and pepper. Place on top of hamburg mixture. Dot with butter. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees until brown, about 20 minutes. 2 to 3 servings. Can be doubled.
