HAWAIIAN CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix (18 oz. size)
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
1 can mandarin oranges plus juice

FROSTING:

1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
1 lg. can crushed pineapple with juice
1 (3 oz.) box instant vanilla pudding

Cake: Mix together cake mix, oil, eggs and oranges and juice with water. Pour into 3 round 8 or 9 inch greased and floured cake pans. Bake 20 minutes at 325 degrees. Cool.

Frosting: Mix together by hand, not mixer. Frost between layers and top and sides. Be generous. Store in refrigerator.
