EASY CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 1/3-1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
2 lbs. chicken legs, thighs or breast
2 1/2 c. hot water (boiling)
1 env. Lipton's onion soup
2 cans mushroom soup, undiluted

Put rice and onion soup in bottom of dish. Pour boiling water over soup and rice. Place chicken pieces over all. Finish with scooping soup over chicken and even rice. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours. This recipe can be adjusted with more rice and chicken - just remember to double water content (for rice). Everyone loves this one! Great for company!
