HONEYSUCKLE CAKE 
1/2 can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 lb. butter, melted
3/4 c. quick cooking oats
2 1/4 c. crushed vanilla wafers
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 tsp. grated orange peel

Mix all ingredients and press into 9 inch square flat pan. Bake at 350 degrees, until toothpick comes out clean when tested. Cool and cover with icing.

Make icing with: 2 tbsp. Eagle Brand milk 1 c. powdered sugar Pinch of salt

Mix together until smooth.
