VEGETABLES CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. onions
1/2 c. celery
1 lg. jar Cheez Whiz
1 c. rice
1 (16 oz.) pkg. mixed broccoli and cauliflower

Saute onions and celery in butter. Prepare rest of ingredients separately. Layer casserole dish with 1/2 vegetables; first onions and celery, next rice, followed by the second 1/2 of the vegetables. Pour cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Stir before serving.
