HOLIDAY MASHED POTATOES 
12 potatoes
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
Paprika
Salt
Pepper
Garlic, fresh, salt or powder

Cook potatoes, then mash. Sprinkle in paprika, salt, pepper and garlic to taste. Then mix cream cheese, sour cream and milk until creamy. Butter casserole. Refrigerate. Let stand overnight. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
